Fred Welsh Ltd. is involved in all phases of mechanical contracting including design-build, straight bidding plan and spec. work, partnering and, in general, working with clients to achieve cost effective H.V.A.C. and plumbing systems. Complementing our construction operations, we have a Service and Maintenance division of highly qualified electrical, plumbing and refrigeration technicians with a fleet of fully equipped vehicles. Our experienced personnel, from tradesman to professional staff, have been trained in the “teamwork approach” concept that employs quality and partnering.
